Privacy Policy
Website Privacy Notice
Effective Date: August 26, 2026
Faircourt Partners, LLC (“Faircourt,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This notice describes the information we collect through faircourtpartners.com and any linked pages (including introduction.faircourtpartners.com), how we use it, and the choices you have about it.
Information We Collect
When you submit a form on our website or a linked landing page, we may collect information you provide directly, such as your name, email address, phone number, employer, job title, and general information about your financial situation (for example, an approximate asset or income range) used to help us determine whether we may be a good fit to work together.
Our landing pages at introduction.faircourtpartners.com use cookies, pixels, and similar tracking technologies provided by Google, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), and LinkedIn. These technologies collect limited technical and usage information (such as pages visited, device and browser information, and interactions with our ads) for the purpose of measuring the effectiveness of our advertising and showing our ads to people who have previously visited them.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information you submit to:
- Respond to your inquiry and schedule a conversation with our team;
- Determine whether our services may be appropriate for your circumstances; and
- Communicate with you about Faircourt’s services, at your request.
We do not use the information you submit for purposes unrelated to those described in this notice, and we do not provide your name, email address, or telephone number to Google, Meta, or LinkedIn.
We use the technical and usage information collected through cookies and pixels on our landing page to measure and improve our advertising campaigns and to remarket to prior visitors, as described above.
How We Share Your Information
Faircourt does not sell personal information for monetary consideration. However, our use of certain advertising technologies may constitute “selling,” “sharing,” or targeted advertising under some state privacy laws.
Faircourt has no affiliates. We do not share the information you submit through our forms with any third party except as necessary to operate our website and scheduling tools (for example, our CRM and calendar-scheduling providers), to comply with law or respond to legal process, in connection with a sale or transfer of all or part of our business, or with your consent.
In connection with the advertising technologies described above, we share limited technical and usage data with Google, Meta, and LinkedIn for the purposes of ad measurement, attribution, and remarketing described above.
Depending on where you reside, applicable state privacy law may define a “sale” or “share” of personal information more broadly than the description above. Those laws generally treat online identifiers, cookie identifiers, and IP addresses as personal information, and may treat the advertising technologies described in this notice as a “sale” or “share” even though we do not provide your name or contact details to those platforms. If you would like to opt out of that activity, please use the options described under “Your Choices” below or contact us using the information at the end of this notice.
Your Choices
When you first visit one of our landing pages, a cookie banner lets you accept all cookies or accept only those essential to the operation of the page. Choosing to accept only essential cookies prevents the advertising and analytics technologies described above from loading. You can change this choice later by clearing the cookies your browser has stored for our landing pages, which causes the banner to appear again on your next visit.
You may also adjust how the advertising platforms below use information about you to personalize the ads you see. These settings control ad personalization; they do not by themselves stop information being collected on our pages, which is what the cookie banner above does.
- Google My Ad Center — myadcenter.google.com
- Meta Ad Preferences — facebook.com/adpreferences/ad_settings
- LinkedIn Advertising Data Settings — linkedin.com/psettings/advertising
You may also opt out of interest-based advertising more broadly through the Digital Advertising Alliance’s opt-out tool at optout.aboutads.info.
You may also contact us using the information at the end of this notice to ask a question about this notice or to make a privacy request.
How Long We Keep Information
We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this notice, including responding to inquiries, maintaining appropriate business records, complying with applicable legal and regulatory obligations, resolving disputes and enforcing agreements. Retention periods vary based on the type of information and the purpose for which it was collected.
How We Protect Information
We maintain administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect the information we collect through our website and landing pages. No method of transmission or electronic storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children’s Privacy
Our website and landing pages are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16.
Additional Privacy Notice for Consumers and Clients
This Website Privacy Notice supplements and does not replace any privacy notice Faircourt provides under SEC Regulation S-P. Information you provide in connection with seeking or obtaining investment advisory services may also be subject to Regulation S-P, even if you do not ultimately become a client. Clients receive Faircourt’s Regulation S-P Privacy Notice as required by applicable law. A copy is available upon request.
Changes to This Notice
We may update this notice from time to time. The Effective Date at the top of this notice indicates when it was last revised, and the current version is always posted at faircourtpartners.com/privacy.
