Charles M. Waddell is a Founding Partner of Faircourt Partners, LLC. A Chicago native, Charlie has worked with retirement plan sponsors and participants since 2010. Charlie believes that long-term wealth creation is attainable for every individual regardless of their income, and he brings this conviction to every client interaction. His expertise ranges from not-for-profit clients to some of the nation’s largest private equity and financial services firms.
Outside of the office, Charlie is heavily involved in several community outreach initiatives. In 2012, he founded the Associates Board for the Academy for Urban School Leadership to help raise awareness of the organization’s mission to turn around underperforming Chicago Public Schools. Charlie also serves on the board of the First Tee of Greater Chicago and the Lurie Children’s Hospital Innovators Group. An accomplished amateur golfer, Charlie has competed in 7 USGA Championships since 2014.
Charlie and his wife Casey live in Lincoln Park with their son, Clark, and golden retriever, Bogey. He is a graduate of Bucknell University and earned his MBA at Northwestern’s Kellogg Graduate School of Management in Finance and Marketing. He holds his Series 65 Securities license.
